Required Deposit

A 25% deposit is required to book and hold your hunting package, 50% is due 30 days ahead of your arrival, and the remainder is due no later than 15 days prior to the first day of the hunting package.This deposit is non-refundable with the exception of a documented medical or family emergency, at our discretion. It may also be transferred to another hunter. Discount available for parties of five or six.

Six hunters max and lodging is included in price.

Cancellation Policy

A hunt must be cancelled at least 30 days prior to the starting date of the hunt. There will be a cancellation fee of $250.00 per hunter. Failure to announce a cancellation will result in loss of any deposit or moneys surrendered, with the exception of documented medical emergencies, immediate death in the family or natural disasters, deemed pardonable by Eagle Rock Adventures.

Price depends on the length of hunt and the number of hunters in the group. This property is ideal for hunting groups of four to six people. All hunts are free range with lodging in the Eagle Rock Lodge.
